In this workshop Lynda Kings will explore risk management, mentoring, training, assessment and professional development not only for volunteers but also managers. Based on her extensive experience in volunteer management Lynda’s workshop presentation is intended to build confidence whether you are building or reviewing your service.

In this session we will explore tools that boost our resilience and help us to manage ourselves and others in challenging and difficult situations.
We will conclude with a ritual that helps us to release unhelpful patterns and grief so that we can walk ahead with a lighter step.
